The fabric is fully covered with a printed background design that serves as the base of the piece. The embroidery chart is not printed on the fabric; instead, the kit includes a separate paper chart.

The embroidery is partial: only selected elements and accents of the design are stitched using counted cross-stitch over the printed background. The remaining areas are left unstitched, as the background is already created by the print. Counted embroidery ensures that each stitched element is placed accurately according to the paper chart.

This combination of a full-color printed background and partial embroidery creates a sense of depth and dimension, making the finished piece more expressive and visually appealing.
